Claims (3)

  1. 내피가 부착된 생밤(C)을 수납하는 원통형의 탈피통(2)과, 이 탈피통에 고압고온의 습증기를 공급하는 증기공급장치(10)를 갖추고, 상기한 증기공급장치는 습증기를 그 탈피통의 접선방향으로 분출하는 분사노즐(11)을 보유하며, 이 분사노즐에서 분사되는 습증기가 그 탈피통 내에서 그 내주면에 따라 선회되도록 구성함과 아울러 그 탈피통의 내주면을 다수의 돌기(13)를 보유하는 고무막(12)으로서 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 생밤 내피의 박피장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 분사노즐(11)을 탈피통(2)의 축심방향의 양단에 근접한 부분과 중앙부분의 3개소에 그 분사방향이 동일한 둘레방향으로 향하도록 배실한 것을 특징으로 하는 생밤 내피의 박피장치.
