Claims (7)

  1. 재료를 수납하는 고정용기(1)와, 그 고정용기내에 서로 평행하게 설치된 2개의 로오터축(4A)(4B)와 그 2축 로오터(9A) (9B)를 서로 다른 방향으로 회전구동시키기 위한 동력 로오크 전달기구를 보유하며, 상기한 2축 로오터에는 권회방향이 서로 반대이며, 양 로오터의 줄수가 서로 다른 여러줄의 나선모양의 정상부(8)가 형성되고 상기한 2축 로오터의 바깥지름을(D1)(D2)로 할때 2축 로오터의 축사이의 거리(A)가 1/2(D1+D2)보다도 적고, 2축 로오터의 회전각 속도의 비가 상기한 줄수의 비의 역수인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼련장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 고정용기(1)가 한쌍의 통형상이며, 그 한쪽 끝 위편에는 재료투입구(2)를 다른 끝쪽에 재료 배출구(3)를 갖추고 연속적으로 재료를 투입, 혼련, 배출하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 혼련장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 용기(1)를 위쪽에 기구한 상자모양으로서 그 양쪽벽에 2축 로오터축(4A)(4B)이 관통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼련장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2축 로오터(9A)(9B)의 한쪽의 줄수를 3개로 하고 다른쪽의 줄수를 4개로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 혼련장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 2축 로오터(91A)(91B)의 로오터축 방향의 한개소 내지 복수개소에서 정상부의 위상과 진행각도의 변화를 최소한 하나가 불연속하게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼련장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 동력전달기구가 직접 교합하는 2기의 치차(7A)(7B)로부터 구성하며, 그 칫수비의 역수가 로오터의 줄수비와 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 혼련장치.
