Claims (8)

  1. 수성매체 및 분산된 코팅재료는 구성된 코팅용 조성물내에 기질이 함침되어 있으며 기질은 전기 회로내에서 음극으로 만들어 졌으며 전류는 소기한량의 코팅재료가 기질상에 부착될때까지 음극과 역전극사이를 통과하는데 있어(a) 코팅재료는 수성매체내의 입자 분산액으로써 입체적으로 안정하며 안정화 이온전하로부터 유리되어 있는 필름 형성용 중합체를 포함하며, (b) 필름 형성용 중합체는 수성매체에 의해 용매화되어 있으며 수성매채내의 필름 형성용 중합체입자의 입체적 안정화에 기여하는 중합체 비이온성 친수성 부분을 포함하거나 그것과 결합되어 있고, (c)수성매체 내의 필름 형성용 중합체 입자의 분산액은-0.3단위보다 더 음성의 임계 연합치(Critical Coalescence Value:CCV)를 가진다는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 기질을 코팅하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어 수성매체에 의해 용매화된 중합체 비이온성 친수성 부분은 옥시에틸렌 반복 단위를 포함하는 수용성 중합체로부터 유도되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어 수성매체에 의해 용매화된 중합체 비이온성 친수성 부분은 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)이나 그의모노알킬 에테르로부터 유도되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 3항중 혹종의 항에 있어 필름 형성용 중합체는 에폭시 수지인 방법.
  5. 제1항에서 4항중 혹종의 항에 있어 필름 형성용 중합체의 입자는 코팅 공정에 사용되는 pH 및 25℃에서 10-3M 염화칼륨의 매우 높은 희석액에서 측정하였을 때 2μ/S/V/cm보다 크지 않는 전기영동 이동도를 가지는 방법.
  6. 제1항에서 5항중 혹종의 항에 있어 필름 형성용 중합체 입자의 분산상이 분산액 총중량의 10중량%를 구성할 때 수성매체의 전기 전도성은 25℃에서 250 마이크로지멘스 1cm이하인 방법.
  7. 수성매체 및 분산된 코팅재료로 구성되는데 있어 (a) 코팅 재료는 수성매체내의 입자의 분산액으로써 입체적으로 안정하며 안정화 이온전하로부터 상당히 유리된 필름 형성용 중합체를 포함하며 (b) 필름 형성용 중합체는 수성매체에 의해 용매화되어 있으며 수성매체내의 필름 형성용 중합체 입자의 입체적 안정화에 기여하는 중합체 비이온성 친수성 부분을 포함하거나 그것과 결합되어 있고 (c) 수성매체내의 필름 형성용 중합체 입자의 분산액은-0.3단위보다 더 음성의 "임계 연합치(CCV)"를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 공정에서 사용하기에 적당한 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제1항의 공정에 의해 코팅되는 코팅된 기질.
