제5도는 본 발명에 관한 자동 충전포장기에 사용하는 편심기어 및 타원기어(기구 ②)의 요도예, 제11도는 기구 ③의 설명용 정면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 내용물을 충전한 통상 필름을 하방으로 정속으로 송행시키는 기구와, 이 통상 필름의 소정의 국부를 밀봉하는 밀봉 수단 및 밀봉수단의 동작기구를 내장하는 밀봉상자를 가지고, 이 밀봉수단의 동작은 하방에서 정속회전하는 주축에서 전달축을 개재하여 전달되고, 이 밀봉상자의 상하동은 이 주축에 의하여 구동되는 상하동기구에 연결된 승강축을 개재하여 이루어지는 기구의 자동 충전포장기에 있어서, (a) 상기밀봉상자의 상하동기구에는 이 주축에 대하여 편심된 위치에 있어서 이 주축의 회전과 동 회전으로 이 주축을 중심으로 한원 운동을 하도록 설치한 핀과 이 핀을 장구(긴홈)내에 접동(摺動)가능상태로 유지하고 이 핀의 원운동을 상하동으로 변환하는 요동아암이 포함되고, 그리고 이 요동아암의 상하동이
    의 관계를 충족하는 상태로 이 핀과 이 요동아암을 배치하여 구성되는 상하동 기구를 상용하는 것과, (b)상기 밀봉수단의 동작기구에는 이 주축의 회전을 전달하는 구동계내에 편심기어 또는 타원기어를 배설한 일, 을 특징으로 하는 자동 충전 포장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉수단이 수납되는 밀봉상자에 상단이 고정되고, 또 하부가 상기 주축에 의하여 요동되는 크랭크 기구에 연결된 승강축이 이 승강축을 외축으로 하는 1축 동심상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 충전 포장기.
