Claims (9)
- 하기의 성분을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 평균 직경이 약 10nm∼약 10㎛이고, 일정한 크기를 갖는 다작용 친수성 구상미립자.1) R1이 C1∼C4를 갖는 알킬기인 식의 아크릴릭 알데히드의 공중합으로부터 얻어지는 구성단위의 5∼95중량%, 바람직하게는 40∼60중량%,2) R2가 수소원자 및 C1∼C4를 갖는 알킬기 중에서 선택되고, R3가 저급알킬기인 식의 아크릴산 유도체의 공중합으로부터 얻어지는 구성단위의 5∼90중량%, 바람직하게는 40∼70중량%,3) R4, R5및 R6는 같거나 또는 다른 저급알킬기 (C1∼C4)인및의 유도체 중에서 선택되는 아크릴산 유도체 중 적어도 하나가 15중량% 이하이고, -비공액디엔(unconjugated diene), 특히 N,N'-메틸렌-비스-아크릴아미드인교차 결합체로부터 얻어진 구성 단위의 0.1∼10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5∼5중량%.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 비율의 모노머가 수용성 매질에서 공중합 반응으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 미립자의 제조방법:1) R1이 C1∼C4를 알킬기인 식의 아크릴릭 알데히드의 공중합유로부터 얻어지는 구성단위의 5∼95%, 바람직하게는 40∼60중량%,2) R2가 수소원자 및 C1∼C4를 갖는 알킬기 중에서 선택되고 R3가 저급하이드록시알킬기인 식의 아크릴산 유도체의 공중합체로부터 얻어지는 구성단위의 5∼90중량%, 바람직하게는 40∼70%,3) R4, R5및 R6는 같거나 또는 다른 저급알킬기 (C1∼C4)인및의 유도체 중에서 선택된 아크릴산 유도체 중 적어도 하나가 15중량% 이하이고, -비공액디엔, 특히 N,N'-메틸렌-비스-아크릴아미드인 교차결합체로 부터 얻어진 구성 단위의 0.1∼10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5∼5중량%.
- 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 이온 또는 비-이온성 타입이고 중합매질의 부피에 대하여 0.01∼5중량%의 양을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 수용성 중합매질에서 전체모노머 농도가 중합매질의 부피에 대해 4∼16중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2∼4항 중 어느 한항에 따라, 공중합은 공중합 용액을 교반하고, 적어도 15분 동안 혼합물의 시간당 ㎤당 0.11∼0.5메가레드의 조사량이 사용된 고-에너지 방사능(코발트 γ선 방사능과 같은)의 영양하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기중에서 선택된 항체와 액체매질에서 접촉시켜 알맞게 정제된 미립자가 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 HBS항원의 결정을 위한 미립자의 용도:-정제된 HBS항원으로 면역 시킨 후 동물로부터 수득된 특이한 면역 혈청으로부터 공지된 방법에 의해 분리한 다클론성 항체 및-HBS항원에 대해 면역된 동물의 형질세포융합 및 적당한 특성을 갖는 골수종 세포로부터 얻어진 융합 세포(Hybridomas)를 제조한 후 공지된 방법에 의해 정제된 다클론성 항체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 상기의 항체와 접촉한 후, 수득된 생성물을 자유 알데히드기를 보호하기 위해 과량의 1차 아민으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 미립자의 용도.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 상기의 항체와 접촉한 후, 수득된 생성물을 수소화금속으로 처리하여 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 미립자의 용도.
- 제6,7 및 8항 중 어느 한항에 따라, 생물학적 액체에서 HBS항원의 혼탁 측정 결정을 위해 처리된 미립자의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
