Claims (6)
- 적어도 하나의 내측튜브와 길이에 따라 적어도 두 개의 격리된 위치에서 내측튜브에 연결되어 있는 외측튜브를 갖는 튜브장치의 예비응력법에 있어서, 한쪽 튜브의 항복강도 보다 낮은 항복강도를 갖는 다른 하나의 튜브로된 내측 및 외측튜브에서 하나의 튜브의 적어도 한 부분을 충분한 온도로 가열하여 상기부분의 항복 강도를 낮추며, 응력의 값을 상기 한쪽 튜브는 항복점 이상으로 상기 다른 하나의 튜브는 항복점 이하로 하여 내측 및 외측튜브를 연신하며, 상기 튜브가 연신되어 있는 동안 내측 및 외측튜브중 하나의 튜브를 냉각하여 이루어지는 겹튜브 구조물의 예비응력 처리가 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브장치의 예비응력법.
- 제1항에 있어서 외측튜브에는 압축예비 응력을, 내측튜브에는 인장예비 응력을 주기 위하여 가열 및 기계적으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 장치의 예비응력법.
- 제1항에 있어서 내측튜브에는 압축 예비응력을 외측튜브에는 인장예비 응력을 주기 위하여 가열 및 기계적으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브장치의 예비응력법.
- 적어도 하나의 내측튜브와 길이에 따라 두 개의 격리된 위치에서 내측튜브에 연결되어 있는 외측튜브를 갖는 튜브장치의 예비응력법에 있어서, 서로 다른 항복 강도를 갖는 재질의 내측 및 외측튜브를 준비하고 내측 및 외측튜브를 기계적으로 연신하여 낮은 항복강도를 갖는 튜브가 그 항복점 이상에서 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 장치의 예비응력법.
- 첫번째 항복강도를 갖는 재질인 적어도 하나의 내측튜브, 상기 내측 튜브의 주위에 위치해 있으며 두번째 항복강도를 갖는 재질의 외측튜브, 길이에 따라 상기 내측 및 외측튜브를 기계적으로 연결하는 적어도 두개의 결합부 그리고 높은 항복강도를 갖는 상기 내측 및 외측튜브중 다른 하나의 튜브는 소성 변형되지 않고 낮은 항복강도를 갖는 상기 내측 및 외측튜브중 하나의 튜브가 충분히 연신돈 상태에서 소성 변형되는 상기 첫번째와 두번째의 항복강도를 갖는 재질의 튜브를 특징으로 하는 튜브장치.
