Claims (6)
- 강판을 실리케이트 또는 포스페이트 세척제 또는 그 혼합물로 구성된 세척용액중에서 전해세척한 후 수세 건조하고 코일로 한 다음 비 산화기류중에서 어니일링 온도로 가열하고 이 온도에서 적어도 11/2시간동안 침지시키는 것으로 구성되며 상기 수세에 사용되는 용액이 칼슘포르메이트, 마그네슘포르메이트, 칼슘아세테이트, 마그네슘아세테이트 또는 그 혼합물을 총 1500―10,000ppm 농도로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 강판매스를 박스어니일링하는 법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매스가 강판코일이며, 상기 인접강판이 상기 코일내에 랩이며 상기 어니일링 온도가 566―760℃이며 상기 침지시간이 24시간 이하이며 상기 수세에서 강판을 상기 수세액 욕을 통해 305―914m/분의 속도로 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수세에 이어 건조를 계속하여 강판 표면상에 잔류하는 비 결합수분을 거의 제거하며 상기염의 농도가 3,000―8,000ppm 이내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기농도가 4,000―6,000ppm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에서, 건조된 강판이 그 표면상에 상기염을 3.2―21.5㎎/㎡의 농도로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에서, 건조된 강판이 그 표면상에 상기염을 5.4―12.9㎎/㎡의 농도로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
