본 고안은 건물이나 담장의 벽체등에 주로 사용되는 경량 P.C 콘크리트 패널에 관한 것으로서, 일정한 간격으로 종간과 횡간의 철선을 용접하여 제조한 두장의 철망을 일정한 간격이 유지되게 띄우고 두 철망의 면이 수평을 유지하도록 트러스 철선으로 용착시켜서 제조한 패널의 구조체를 경량콘크리트 믹스가 담긴 형틀에 매립시켜서 양면을 고르게 마감한 후에 양생시켜서 제조함에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a lightweight PC concrete panel mainly used for walls of buildings or fences. 종래의 조립식 precast 콘크리트 시공법은 널리 알려진 기술이나 재래적인 P.C 공법은 그 판넬의 무게가 너무 무겁기 때문에 운반에 특수한 장비가 필요할 뿐만 아니라 접속부분의 접속에 정교한 기술등을 요구하므로 사용되는 범위가 극히 제한되었고 소규모 건물이나 수선등에는 사용이 불가능하였던 것이다. 또한 본인의 미국특허 No.4253288, No.3305991, No.3879908호 및 한국특허 제10968호 등으로 특허된 철선구조체의 중심부에 우레탄(poly urethane)이나 스티로풀등을 삽입하여 제작한 판넬을 작업현장에 설치한 후에 시멘트 플라스틱(plaster)를 양면에 상당한 두께(약 5cm)로 살포하여 마감하는 기술도 공지된 기술인 것이다. 그러나 이 경우 현장에서 플라스틱을 시공해야 하는 불편함도 있고 또 내부에 삽입되는 우레탄이나 스티로폴 같은 석유화학 제품은 매우 가격이 고가이므로 단열처리가 특별히 요구되는 건물의 외벽을 제외한 칸막이 벽이나 담장벽 같은데 사용하는 것은 비경제적이었던 것이다. 또한 기초를 포함하는 경량 콘크리트는 구조력이 매우 낮기 때문에 철선 구조체를 사용함이 없이 경량 콘크리트로 P.C 판넬을 제작하려면 밀도를 매우 높여주어야 (즉 기포의 혼합비율을 극도로 제한해야)하므로 무게가 매우 무겁게 되는 등의 문제점이 야기되었던 것이다.Conventional precast concrete construction is a well-known technique, but conventional PC construction requires a special equipment for transportation because its weight is too heavy.
