Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 순보리를 2차 정밀도정 배축부를 제거한 후, 보리속에 코코낱오일과 유화제를 넣어 속건 2차 급냉각 600℃-700℃에서 초고온으로 볶아 추출하여 카라멜색소와 커피향을 넣어 스프라이 드라이어화하여 보리커피음료를 제조하는 방법.
