The present invention relates to a heat exchanger heat dissipation device for cooling condensed water generated in an indoor unit to a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit during cooling operation, thereby effectively cooling the rising heat thereof. It is intended to maximize the heat dissipation effect by improving the structure of the drip tray installed in.
Conventionally, as a heat dissipation device, a drip tray having a plurality of drain holes on a smooth bottom surface is installed on an upper side of an outdoor heat exchanger, and thus condensed water generated from an indoor unit is induced to fall down through a desired drain pipe. However, due to the structure of the drip tray as described above, the condensate induced therethrough through the drain pipe easily flows to the drain hole on the side close to the drain pipe, so that the condensate is continuously dropped to only one side of the heat exchanger to radiate heat. There was an effect that was not very good.
The present invention is to improve the structure of the drip tray to eliminate such a closed immediately described in detail based on the accompanying drawings as follows.
That is, in the split type air conditioner in which the condensed water generated from the indoor unit 1 is induced and dropped to the outdoor unit 2 so as to dissipate heat of the outdoor heat exchanger 8, the gradient 3 is transverse to the bottom center. And a plurality of drainage holes 6 are formed on the side of the gradient 3 on one side of the deep bottom 4 and on the other side of the shallow bottom 5 on the side of the shallow bottom 5 laterally. One drip tray (7) is installed on the top of the heat exchanger (8) of the outdoor unit (2), and a drain pipe (9) is connected between the drip tray (7) and the internal drip of the indoor unit (1). Reference numeral 10 is a drip tray and 11 is a drain.
The present invention configured as described above is installed inside and outside the unit (1) (2) having a height difference of typically 1-3M, so that if the condensate accumulates in the inner water of the indoor unit (1), it is through the drain pipe (9) Naturally induced fall into the drip tray 7 of the outdoor unit (2), wherein the induced condensate is first gathered toward the deep bottom (4) of the drip tray (7) to take the tip of the negative charge of the gradient (3) The condensate flows evenly toward the shallow bottom (5), and thus the condensate flowing over the gradient (3) and toward the shallow bottom (5) is evenly dispersed and introduced into all the drain holes (6) formed in the shallow bottom (5). Simultaneously falls in the entire machine 8 can effectively cool the rising heat of the heat exchanger 8 during operation of the air conditioner, thereby improving the cooling capacity and maximizing the power saving effect.
The condensate that has fallen towards the heat exchanger (8) cools its heat and at the same time, some of it is evaporated. After the evaporation, the remaining sap is collected in the water (10) installed in the lower part of the heat exchanger (8). Final discharge through).
