본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결점을 시정하고 직사각형으로 단정하게 단일 공정으로 절단하기 위하여 통상의 회전캇터와 작두형식의 승강캇터의 2종류의 캇터를 콤베이어벨트가 권설된 기체의 선단부에 서로 연동되게 장설한 다음 여러매의 김을 콤베이어벨트 위에 올려놓고 이송하면서 먼저 회전캇터에 의하여 국수가닥처럼 길이 방향의 좁은 가닥으로 김을 절단하고 이어 길이 방향으로 절단된 김이 전진하면서 승강되는 캇터에 잘게 절단되어 단 공정으로 다량의 김을 연속적으로 직사각형의 작은 김 부스러기로 절단할 수 있게 하여서 김 부스러기의 상품가치를 보다 높이는 동시 김 부스러기를 다량 생산할 수 있게 안출한 것으로 이를 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention installs two types of cutters, a conventional rotary cutter and a small lift type cutter, to interlock at the distal end of the aircraft on which the conveyor belt is recommended, in order to rectify the above-mentioned drawbacks and to cut a rectangular shape neatly in a single process. 이와같이 된 본 고안은 콤베이어벨트(2) 상면에 임의 두께로 다수매의 김(9)을 올려놓아 일측으로 이송하면서 회전캇터(4)(4′)와 승강캇터(6)를 구동시키면 콤베이어벨트(2) 상에 놓인 김(9)은 일측으로 이송하면서 회전캇터(4)(4′)를 통과하게 되어 서로 맞물린 회전캇터에 의하여 각 회전캇터의 병렬로 간격의 폭으로 길이 방향으로 잘리면서 이동되고 이어서 기체(1)의 종단부에 고정된 칼받이(6′)상을 통과하는 중에 크랭크(5)에 의하여 일정한 속도로 승강되는 캇터(6)에 의하여 이송 속도에 상응한 짧은 길이로 다시 절단하여 기체(1)의 일측으로 낙하 수집되어서 직사각형의 단정한 모양으로 잘게 절단된 김 부스러기를 얻게 되는 것으로 회전캇터는 개별적으로 공지한 것이나, 본 고안에서는 이들의 두종의 캇터를 콤베이어벨트의 선단부에 합리적으로 조합 설치함으로서 김을 인위적으로 조작함이 없이 벨트상에만 놓으면 자동적으로 이송하면서 제3도에 표시한 바와 같이 먼저 길이 방향으로 절단되면서 아직 김이 회전캇터에 물려있는 상태에서 계속적으로 승강캇터에 의하여 좁은 폭으로 짧게 절단하게 되어 김이 이리저리 흐트러지는 일이 없이 절단 각도가 직사각형을 이루게 되어서 잘게 썰린 김의 모양이 단정하여 상품 가치를 보다 높일 수 있고 콤베이어벨트 위에 다수매의 김을 차례로 올려놓으면 계속적으로 김 부스러기로 절단 가공되어서 종래 단일 캇터로 이리저리 여러번 나누어 절단하던 것에 비하여 보다 능률적으로 김 부스러기를 다량 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention thus achieved is a conveyor by driving the rotary cutter (4) (4 ') and the lifting cutter (6) while placing a plurality of seams (9) of arbitrary thickness on the upper surface of the conveyor belt (2) to transfer to one side.
