조류알껍질을 이용한 문양의 상감기법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 문양상감을 하기 위한 제작된 기판의 사시도. 제2도는 종이에 미리 구상된 문양을 그린 후 금속판 또는 자개판등에 접착시킴을 나타내는 그림. 제3도는 상기 금속판 또는 자개판등으로 된 견고한 판의 미리 구상된 문양을 따라 실톱으로 절삭한 상태를 나타낸 그림.

Claims (1)

  1. 금속판 또는 자개판등의 견고한 판에 미리 구상된 문양을 그린 종이를 접착시키고, 이 문양의 외곽선을 따라 실톱 또는 금형을 이용하여 절삭시키고, 착색 또는 착색하지 않은 예비처리된 조류의 알껍질로 문양의 여백부분을 메꾸고 고르게 다듬은 후, 기판의 전 표면에 걸쳐 목재용 도료를 도포하고 상기 문양위의 도포되어 돌출된 부위를 긁어낸 다음 극히 입도가 미세한 연마제로 다듬어 광택을 내도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류알껍질을 이용한 문양의 상감기법.
