본 고안의 젓소로 부터 우유를 착유기로 짜낼때 신선한 우유인지 아니면 유방염으로 젖산우유인지를 즉시 감지하기 위하여 착유기의 송유관에 설치사용하기 적합하도록 구성한 젖소의 유방염 감지기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a mastitis detector of cows configured to be suitable for installation and use in a milking pipe of a milking machine to immediately detect whether milk is milk or lactate milk as mastitis.

이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 착유기(1)를 젖소의 유방에 설치하여 착유할 때 우유가 센서(5)에 닿게되면 우유의 저항치가 감지되어 전원공급용 트랜지스터(TR)를 동작시켜 유방염 감지회로(7)에 전원을 공급하게 되는 것이며, 또 우유가 센서(5')(5")에 닿게 되면 공지의 유방염 감지회로(7)의 동작 특성에 의거하여 신선한 우유가 유출통과시에는 청색램프(8')에 점등표시가 되고, 또 젖산우유가 유출통과하여 센서(5')(5")에 접촉될시에는 높아진 저항치에 의하여 적색램프(8)에 점등표시가 되므로 적색램프(8), 또는 청색램프(8')의 점등표시를 보고 착유와 동시 유방염 유, 무를 감지케 되는데 본 고안은 그 동작회로를 가진 감지회로판(7')을 안내도관(4)과 같이 고정되어 있는 케이스(6)내에 설치하여 송유관(3)(3')에 일체로 끼워 구성한 것이어서 착유와 동시 유방염을 감지할 수 있을뿐 아니라 전원공급용 트랜지스터(TR)의 베이스에 연결 설치된 센서(5)와 유방염 감지회로(7) 동작용 센서(5')(5")는 모두 착유기 우유가 유통되는 안내도관(4) 저면에 돌출설치되어 있으므로 우유가 닿는 즉시 전원공급과 동시 동작하고, 또 우유접촉이 떨어지면 곧 차단되므로 별도의 온, 오프(ON, OFF)스위치가 필요없는 취급사용이 간편하고, 또 착유시에는 시종일관 감지할 수가 있어 젖소의 유방염유무를 정확히 감지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.When the milking machine 1 is installed on the breast of a cow and milked, when the milk touches the sensor 5, the resistance of the milk is sensed and the power supply transistor TR is operated to operate the mastitis detection circuit 7.
