Claims (1)

  1. 도면에 도시하고 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 R.P.M 1,000-1,200의 특수카터기로 각각 석면을 3-3.5mm로 암면을 2-3mm로 유리면을 1-1.5mm로 절단 파쇄하여, 석면 10%, 암면 4%유리면 6%중량비로 배합하는 제1공정과, 석고 250-300메쉬, 규조토 350-400메쉬, 활석 200-250메쉬로 각각 분쇄하여 석고 22%, 규조토 3%, 활석 2%중량비로 배합하는 제2공정과, 상기 제1공정의 배합물(A)와 제2공정의 배합물(B)를 1차 혼합기에 구분투입하여 50℃-60℃ 온도에서 25-30분간 건조, 혼합압송하는 제3공정 및 제3공정의 혼합물을 2차 혼합기에 투입시 C.M.C 3%와 시멘트 50% 중량비로 동시투입시켜 30℃-40℃ 온도에서30-40분간 건조, 재혼합 압송하는 제4공정을 결합함을 특징으로 하는 미 장용 내화성 단열재의 제조방법.
