Claims (7)
- 황산 또는 올레움으로 사이클로헥사논 옥심을 재배열하여 얻어진-카프로락탐을 감압하에서 증류하고, 저비등및 고비등불순물을 분리시키는-카프로락탐의 정제를 위한 것으로서, 이론 접시당 2.5mbar이하의 압력강하를 갖는 충진재료를 포함하는 정류기둥이 있는 증발시에서 두단계로(최소한 첫번째 단계에서)증류를 실시하고, 정제시키려는 카프로락탐을 첫번째 단계의 정류기둥으로 보내고 이 기둥에서 상부 생산물로서 저비둥 불순물이 나오며 첫번째 단계에 남아 있는 하부 생산물은 두번째 단계로 보내지며 마지막 단계에서 고비등 불순물이 하부 생산물로서 나오면 정제된 카프로락탐이 상부 생산물로서 회수되는 것이 특징인-카프로락탐의 정제방법.
- 두번째 단계로 이론접시당 2.5mbar이하의 압력강하를 갖는 충진재료를 포함하는 정류기둥의 있는 증발기를로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제1항에 따른-카프로락탐의 정제방법.
- 양 단계의 정류기둥에 이론접시당 1.5mbar이하의 압력강하를 갖는 충진재료를 사용하는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제2항에 따른-카프로락탐의 정제방법.
- 초기 재료가 무게비로 순도 95∼99.9%인 카프로락탐인 것이 특징인 청구범위 제1∼3항에 따른-카프로락탐의 정제방법.
- 5∼70mbar의 하부압력이 첫번째 단계의 정류기둥에 적용되고, 5∼15mbar의 하부압력이 두번째 단계의 정류기둥에 적용되는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제 2∼4항의 어느 하나에도 따르는-카프로락탐의 정제방법.
- 115∼175℃의 하부온도가 첫번째 단계의 정류기둥에 적용되고, 115∼145℃의 하부 온도가 두번째 단계의 정류기둥에 적용되는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제2∼5항중 어느 하나에도 따르는-카프로락탐의 정제방법.
