제3도는 본 발명에 따라 만들어진 펌프의 축과 하나의 베아링(bearing) 구조물의 확대된 수직 단면도.
제4도는 제3도의 선 Ⅳ-Ⅳ를 따라 취한 수직 단면도.
제5도는 본 발명을 구체화하는 개선된 홈의 구성을 가진 축의 부분도.
제6도는 슬리이브(sleeve) 부분 안에 만들어진 홈들을 가진 베아링 슬리이브 부분의 개략도.

Claims (4)

  1. 펌핑 요소와 회전자를 포함하는 전동기가 들어 있는 외함을 포함하는 전동기 펌프로서, 전기한 펌프요소와 전기한 회전자가 펌프의 작동중에 외함내에 있는 냉각액이 담겨 있는 공간과 연결되어 있는 원동형 베아링 표면과 윤활유 입구 영역을 각기 갖는 베아링에 회전할 수 있도록 지지되는 고동축에 고착되며, 각 베아링에 원통형 베아링 표면과(또는) 거기에 저어널로 연결된 축의 표면부분에 만들어진 나선형 홈으로서 윤활유 입구 영역으로부터 베아링의 한 단부로 신장하고 축의 정상 회전중에 입구 영역으로부터 나선형의 홈을 통해 냉각액이 흐를 수 있게 하는 그러한 방법으로 축의 회전축에 관하여 나선운동을 하는 나선형 홈과 베아링 구조물의 한 단부에 인접하여 회전축에 배치되고 베아링을 통해 냉각액의 흐름을 돕는 흡입력을 만들기 위해 나선형 홈과 서로 돕는 흐름 유도 부재와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 베아링이 베아링의 한 단부에 배치되고 회전축에 수직인 평면에 배치된 트러스트 표면을 포함하고, 적어도 몇개의 전기한 나선형 홈들이 축에 형성되며 그리고 전기한 흐름유도부재가 베아링의 트러스트 베아링과 서로 돕는 트러스트 표면을 갖는 트러스트 접관이며 트러스트 접관의 전기한 트러스트 표면은 베아링의 트러스트 표면을 향해 열려 있는 보통 방사상 홈들을 형성하고 각각의 베아링이 축에 있는 나선형 홈의 하나와 방사상으로 내부 단부에서 그리고 외함의 내부와 방사상으로 외부 단부에서 연결되는 전동기 펌프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 일반적으로 방사상 홈들이 홈의 내부 단부로부터 외부 단부를 향해 축의 정상회전방향과 반대방향으로 구부러져 있거나 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기 펌프.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,전기한 베아링들이 전기 부전도성 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기 펌프.
