Claims (8)

  1. (a) 주요부재, (b) 상기 주요부재에 고정된 고정조우부, (c) 상기 주요부재에 움직일 수 있게 고정되며, 트레일러의 자물쇠 요소를 받아들이기 위해 상기의 고정조우로부터 그것들 사이에 구멍의 공간을 마련한 가동조우부, (d) 상기 주요부재에서 회전되며, 상기 트레일러의 상기 자물쇠 요소를 잠그거나 풀기 위해 상기 고정조우부쪽으로 상기 가동조우부를 닫힌 위치로 그리고 상기 고정조우로부터 떨어져 열린 위치로 선택적으로 움직일 수 있는, 수동 가동레버부등의 이런 것으로 구성되는 트레일러의 자물쇠 요소를 화차에 선택적으로 잠그기 위해 화차에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  2. 제1항에 의해서, 상기의 닫힌 위치에 자동적으로 상기의 레버부를 잠그기 위해 상기의 주요부재에 회전할 수 있게 설치된 수동 가동히치장치를 그 안에 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  3. 제2항에 의해서, 상기 레버부와 상기 가동조우부 사이에 회전할 수 있게 연결되어진 링크요소를 그 안에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 주요부재에 부착된 회전가능아암을 포함한 상기의 래치장치, 상기의 아암은 그것의 한쪽 끝에 홈과 각진 부분을 가지고 있으며, 스프링은 상기 홈안에 상기의 레버부를 들어갈 수 있도록 한 방향으로 상기의 아암을 보통 누르고 있으며, 그러한 래치장치를 그안에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  5. 제4항에 의해서, 상기의 아암이 수동으로 움직일 수 있도록, 상기의 레버부의 상기의 다른 끝단으로 움직여주는 상기의 스프링의 편중력을 이길 수 있게 마련하는 방법을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  6. 제5항에 의해서, 상기 레버부가 상기 히치장치를 닫기 위해 수동으로 움직여졌을 때 상기 스프링의 편중력에 대항하여 상기 아암위에 상기의 레버부가 맞물리고 미끄러질 수 있도록 마련된 상기 아암의 상기 각진부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  7. 제6항에 의해서, 상기의 히치장치가 닫혀질 때, 상기 트레일러의 자물쇠 요소를 받아들이고 잠글 수 있도록 치수가 정해진 상기의 고정 그리고 가동조우부들 사이에 마련된 구멍을 그 안에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
  8. 제7항에 의해서, 상기의 히치장치가 열렸을 때 상기의 고정 그리고 가동조우부들 안으로 낮아지게 마련된 상기 트레일러의 킹핀으로 구성된 상기의 자물쇠 장치를 그 안에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 히치장치.
