Claims (1)

  1. 배기관 내에 풍차를 종축에 장설하여 발전기 내체를 죄회전하게 연결하고 배기관 상부에 풍차를 장설하여 이에 기어와 축의 연결로 발전기 외체를 우회전토록 연결하여 발전기의 내외체가 상반된 방향으로 회전토록한 풍력발전장치.
