Claims (12)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드의 보호된 중간물질을 탈보호시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드 및 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
    R1―Lys―Lys―X―R2(Ⅰ)
    상기 일반식에서
    R1은 수소 또는 p-Glu
    X는 Glu 또는 Asp
    R2는 Val, NH2, 또는 Val―NH2을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 보호된 중간물질이 펩타이드 수지 중간물질이며 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드는 탈보호시켜 수지로부터 분리시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드 및 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 필요한 경우 보호시킨거나 또는 활성화시킨 필요한 아미노산/아미드를 축합시켜 원하는 서열의 폴리펩타이드를 얻고 이것을 탈보호시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드 및 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 필요한 경우 보호시킨거나 또는 활성화 시킨 필요한 아미노산 아미드를 고체상태서 수지 지지체상에서 축합시켜 펩타이드 수지 중간물질을 얻고 이 수지로부터 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드를 분리시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리펩타이드 및 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서 제조된 폴리펩타이드가 p―Glu―Lys―Lys―Glu―Val―NH2또는 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서 제조된 폴리펩타이드가 p―Glu―Lys―Lys―Glu―NH2또는 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서 제조된 폴리펩타이드가 H―Lys―Lys―Glu―Val―NH2또는 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항에 있어서 제조된 폴리펩타이드가 H―Lys―Lys―Glu―NH2또는 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서 제조된 폴리펩타이드가 H―Lys―Lys―Asp―Glu―Val―NH2또는 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항에 있어서 제조된 폴리펩타이드가 H―Lys―Lys―Glu―Val 또는 이들의 약학적으로 무독한 염인 방법.
  11. 제2항에 있어서 펩타이드 수지 중간물질이 다음 일반식의 화합물인 방법.
    상기 일반식에서
    R1은 수소 또는 p-Glu;
    X는 Glu 또는 Asp;
    R2는 Val, NH2, 또는 Val―NH2;
    A는 아미노보호그룹
    B는 카복시보호그룹이다.
  12. 제2항에 있어서 펩타이드 수지 중간물질이 다음 일반식의 화합물인 방법.
    상기 일반식에서
    R1은 수소 또는 p-Glu;
    X는 Glu 또는 Asp;
    R2는 Val, NH2, 또는 Val―NH2;
    A는 2―클로로벤질을옥시카보닐
    B는 벤질이다.
