Claims (11)

  1. 공정유체를 가열하기 위한 히이터에 있어서, 길이가 긴 제1챔버, 이 제1챔버의 축방향으로 연장된 세로벽, 제1챔버의 단부벽, 제1챔버의 축에 횡방향으로 제1챔버 속으로 연소생성물을 방출하도록 장착된 최소한 1개으 고강도 버너, 제1챔버의 세로벽을 둘러싸고 있는 환상의 제2버, 제1챔버 내의 제1조의 열교환기 관, 제2챔버내의 제2조의 열교환기 관, 제1챔버로부터 제2챔버로 개구된 최소한 1개의 입구 및 제1챔버로부터의 입구과 반대위치에 배치된 제2챔버로부터의 최소한 1개의 연도출구로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 히이터.
  2. 다수의 버너가 제1챔버의 길이를 따라 일정간격으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 히이터.
  3. 제1챔버로부터 제2챔버로 개구된 입구가 버너 부근에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 히이터.
  4. 상기 최소한 1개의 버너가 장착되어 있는 최소한 1개의 내화막과, 제2챔버 내부로 연장되고 가스를 제1챔버로부터 제2챔버로 안내하도록 형성되어 있는 상기 내화막상의 익편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3항에 따른 히이터.
  5. 버너가 제1챔버의 저부에 장착되어 있고, 연도가스 출구가 제2챔버의 상부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 히이터.
  6. 제1챔버가 원통형으로 되어 있고 제2챔버가 이 제1챔버와 동심으로 환상단면으로 되어 있는 것을특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 히이터.
  7. 가열된 유체가 우선 제2조의 관을 통해 흐른 다음 이 관과 직렬로 접속된 제1조의 관을 통해 흐르도록 되어 있는 열교환기 관의 접속부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 히이터.
  8. 제1조의 관이 버너의 측면 위에 있는 최소한 두개의 수직저장소 내에 배열되어 있고, 제2조의 관이 저장소의 하단부에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제7항에 따른 히이터.
  9. 제1챔버와 제2챔버 사이에 열차폐막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 히이터.
  10. 열차폐막이 신장 및 수축할 수 있도록 미끄럼 접촉을 제공하기 위해 중첩식으로 배열된 스테인레스 강철판으로 피복된 암석 및 광물 섬유로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제9항에 따른 히이터.
  11. 열차폐막이 합성판 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제9항에 따른 히이터.
