Claims (9)
- 약 2.5-6의 염지수를 갖는 비스코스 용액을 황산을 함유하는 응고 방사욕내에 방사하고, 그렇게 하여 형성된 불완전 재생 필라멘트를 스트레치한 다음, 그 셀루로우즈 필라멘트의 재생을 완료하는 것으로 구성된, 적어도 0.5g/d의 습운계수와 약 11-17%의 습윤신도를 갖는 고강도 이레온 필라멘트 및 섬유들을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 비스코스 용액이 수산화나트륨대 셀루로우즈 불균형 중량비가 0.60-0.87로 되게 제조되고, 상기 방사욕이 황산 0.8-3.9중량%를 함유하고, 방사욕내 산대 비스코스 용액내 수산화나트륨의 중량비가 0.20-0.66인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 레이온 섬유 제조방법.
- 수산화나트륨대 셀루로오즈의 중량비가 0.65-0.80인, 청구범위 1항의 방법.
- 5.9중량%의 셀루로우즈가 비스코스 용액내에 존재하는, 청구범위 1항의 방법.
- 4-7중량%의 수산화나트륨이 비스코스 용액내에 존재하는 청구범위 3항의 방법.
- 2.5-3.5중량%의 산이 방사욕내 존재하는, 청구범위 1항의 방법.
- 산대 수산화나트륨 비가 0.40-0.60인, 청구범위 1항의 방법.
- 비스코스 방사용액이 2.0-3.6dl/g의 큐엔 고유점도를 가지며 셀루로우즈 중량을 기초로 하여 26-40중량%의 CS2로 제조된, 청구범위 1항의 방법.
- 적어도 한가지의 재생지연제가 비스코스에 첨가되는, 청구범위 1항의 방법.
