Claims (1)

  1. 하단부에 공통의 배출 오리피스를 설치한 2개의 횡으로 연결된 원통형의 평행한 챔버공간과 상기 챔버 공간 속에 위치된 2개의 날개를 지닌로우터와 상기 배출 오리피스로 부터 떨어져 간격진 위치에서 재료를 상기 챔버공간 속으로 밀어넣고 혼연될 재료를 수용하는 수용장치와 일정한 비행깊이를 지니는 이송비행부를 지니는 각각의 로우터를 회전시키는 장치와 회전방향으로 부터 멀어지는 방향으로 비틀어지는 부분과 반대편 방향으로 비틀어지는 부분을 지니는 날개를 지니는 2개의 축상으로 간격진 혼연부를 지니며 각각의 혼연부의 날개에서상기 반대편 방향으로 비틀어지는부분의 길이와 비틀림비가 상기 날개에 의해서 상기 챔버공간속에 담긴 재료에 가해지는 축상으로 향한 평균력이 재료를 상기 오리피스를 통하여 밀어내기에 충분하지 못하게 이루어져서, 재료의 전체의 축상통로의 길이가 상기 재료가 상기 수용장치에 의해서 수용되는 속도에 의해서 결정되는 장치에 있어서, 상기 로우터의 각각의 초기 단축부위의 이송비행부를 설치한 이송부가 다른 부분과 서로 결합된 2개의 로우터 위의 비행부보다 직경이 크고 둥근단면부의 외부로 챔버의 일부분에 설치된 방사상으로 이동가능한 벽과 각각의 로우터 위에 설치된 둥근단면부를 지니고 상기의 이동가능한 벽과 둥근단면부 사이의 틈새를 조절하는 상기의 축상으로 간격진 혼연부사이에 트로틀 장치가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2축 연속식 혼연기.
