제4도는 얼음 동체의 제조에 사용하기 위한 주형의 평면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 해상(海床)에 작용하는 큰 하중을 안전하게 지지하고 파도 조류 및 배와의 충돌에 의한 모든 힘을 견딜수 있는 얼음을 육지 근처의 해변에서 제조한후 원하는 설치 장소로 부유 운반시키는데 있어서 : 제빙기로 얼음 조각을 제조한 후 부유 주형내에서 초냉각수나 냉각 공기의 도움으로 결빙시키든가 또는 얼음 조각들을 얼음조각 사이에 도합한 물이 고체얼음으로 결빙될수 있는 저온으로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 굴착 프레트홈, 제조 프래트홈, 방파제, 선착장, 대형 유체 창고용 대형 얼음의 제조방법.
  2. 분리하여 부유시킨 다음 옆에 있는 얼음의 상단과 조립하고 상호 앵커시키는 슬라브 형태로 제조합을 특징으로하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
  3. 슬라브 사이에 가열 장치를 장착하고 얼음을 용해 시킴에 의하여 슬라브를 분리시키는 청구범위 2에 따른 방법.
  4. 무거운 구조 예컨대 큰 삘딩(11) 굴착탑 (12)등이 수면밑의 얼음 동체내에 깊이 앵커된 상기 청구범위에 따른 방법.

  7. 얼음 동체의 저면에 아래로 향한 봉합 스커트(16)을 배치시키고 얼음의 중량에 의하여 행상으로 압력이 가해지면 울이 내부통로(18)내로 누수되는 것을 방지하고 얼음 동체와 접한 지면을 동태 결빙되는 온도로 유지시키는 특징이 있는 상기 청구범위에 따른 방법.
