Claims (1)

  1. 메인밸브를 통과하는 유체흐름을 조절하기 위한 이동 가능한 스풀을 가진 메인 밸브, 파일로트 밸브를 통과하는 유체 흐름을 조절하기 위한 이동 가능한 파일로트 스풀을 가진 파일로트 밸브, 파일로트 스풀의 변위에 따라 메인 스풀을 이동시키도록 메인 스풀의 양단에 파일로트 밸브를 연결하는 1쌍의 파일로트 라인, 및 파일로트 스풀의 변위에 따라 크기가 증가하는 힘으로 파일로트 스풀을 이동시키기 위한 수단으로 구성된 전기유압식 서어보 작동기 시스템.
