Claims (3)

  1. 외장의 내부 표면과 외장의 외부에 위치해 있는 전기화학적 시스템에 전기적으로 연결된 터미날 사이에 온도에 의해서만 변화하는 고정된 전기적 전위를 가진 상기 전기 화학적 시스템이 내부에 설치되어 있으며 상기 외장은 산소이온 통과 세라믹으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 가스 불투과성 막외장을 함유한 수소이온 센서.
  2. 산소이온 통과 세라믹의 가스 불투과성 막외장, 이내부에 부분적으로 설치된 전기화학적 시스템 및 상기 전기화학적 시스템에 전기적으로 연결된 상기 세라믹 외장 외부의 터미날을 컴비네이숀 함에 있어서 상기 세라믹 외장의 내부표면과 상기 터미날 사이에 온도에 의해서만 변화되는 고정된 전기적 전위를 제공하는 전기화학적 시스템을 특징으로 하는 수소이온 센서.
  3. 산소이온 통과 세라믹의 가스불투과성 막외장, 이 내부에 부분적으로 설치된 전기화학적 시스템, 상기 전기화학적 시스템에 전기적으로 연결된 상기 세라믹 외장 외부의 터미날 및 주변온도에서 상기 세라믹 외장 내부를 밀봉하는 장치를 컴비네이숀함에 있어서, 상기 세라믹외 장의 내부 표면과 상기 터미날 사이에 온도에 의해서만 변화하는 고정된 전기적 전위를 제공하는 상기 전기화학적 시스템을 특징으로 하는 수소이온 센서.
