Claims (2)

  1. 가동탐침(110)과, 탐침에 연결되어 탐침(110)의 이동을 지시하는 측정신호를 산출하는 측정기(112)와, 그 신호를 수신하여 탐침측정을 지시하는 정확한 출력이 제공되는 표시판(140)을 구비하여, 탐침(110)의 현 위치와 전 위치에 관하여 동시에 정보를 유지하도록 하는 방법이 위치정보에 대해 제1, 제2 계수기셋트(120, 130)를 제공하고, 제1 계수기셋트(120)에 측정신호를 축적하고, 탐침(110)이 물체(200)에 대해 선정위치에 있을때 제어신호를 발생하고, 제1 계수기 셋트(120)로 부터 제어신호에 응하여 제2 계수기 셋트(130)로 측정신호를 변환하고, 출력장치(140)에 제2 계수기 셋트(130)를 결합하여 제어신호가 발생할때 표시판(140)이 탐침위치를 지시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동탐침에 의한 물체 측정방법.
  2. 제어신호를 발생하는 단계가 탐침(110)과 측정되어질 물체(200)간에 접촉하기 위한 응답에 따라 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항에 기재된 가동 받침에 의한 물체 측정방법.
