Claims (18)

  1. 하기의 성분으로 이루어지는 화합물의 제조방법
  2. (1) 용매에 대한 에폭사이드의 중량비가 85 : 15 내지 10 : 90으로서 반고체에폭사이드와 액체에폭사이드의 혼합물, 또는 고체에폭사이드와 엑체에폭사이드의 혼합물, 반고체에폭사이드;
  3. (2) 하기식의 유기주석 화합물 0.01 내지 5.0phr :
  4. R3SnX
  5. 상기식에서 R은 유기작용기이고 X는 할로겐화물, 수산화물, 아세테이트, 부티레이트, 프로피오네이트 또는 디메틸포스페이트에서 선택한 것임
  6. (3) 카테콜, 피로갈롤과 그 혼합물에서 선택한 활성제 0.001 애지 1phr
  7. 하기의 순서에 의해 가용성 운모절연 테이프 제조방법.
  8. (1) 상기의 항에 따른 성분화합물 제조
  9. (2) 사용성 쉬트물질 구성운모에 화합물을 가하여, 잠복촉매로서 작용하는 유기주석 화합물에 의해 유기주석 화합물이 운모와 접촉함
  10. (3) 쉬트물질에서 운모와 접촉하는 미반응의 유기주석 화합물의 증가량에 의해서 유기주석 화합물의 반응이나 에폭사이드수지의 가공에 의하지 아니하고 쉬트물질에서 에폭사이드수지-용매-유기주석 촉매로부터 최소한 용매 95%이상의 제거 여기에서 첨가한 유기주석 화합물의 양은 미반응상태에서 열경화상태로(수지촉매온도 150℃)쉬트물질에서 에폭사이드수지에 효과적으로 유기주석 화합물을 가한다.
  11. 25℃에서 25내지 200cps의 점도를 갖는 혼합물형성을 위해, 75℃이상의 온도에서 혼합을 하는 (1)단계와, 용매가 1내지 10분동안에 65℃내지 150℃의 수지용매 촉매온도로 (3)단계에서 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제2항에 따른 방법.
  12. 용매첨가전에 에폭사이드를 40℃ 내지 100℃로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제2항, 제3항에 따른 방법.
  13. 에폭사이드 100부당 유기주석 0.05내지 1.0부를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제2항, 제3항에 따른 방법.
  14. 운모테이프 중량의 5내지 25%가 에폭사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제2항 내지 제5항에 따른 방법.
  15. 주입수지와 수지, 에폭사이드 전부와 테이프를 감싼 모터코일에서의 테이프를 감싸는 최종단계에서의 첨가를 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제2항에서 제6항에 따른 방법.
  16. 주입수지가 에폭시수지임을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제7항에 따른 방법.
  17. 에폭시사이드-촉매온도가 최소한 150℃로서, 구리 또는 알루미늄을 구성하는 전기콘덕터 주위의 테이프로 감싸는 마지막 첨가단계를 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제2항에서 제8항에 따른 방법.
