Claims (3)
- 65내지 90몰%의 1,2-결합단위의 함량을 갖고, 무늬 점도(ML1+4, 100°C)가 20내지 100인 본질적으로 무정형의 폴리부타디엔 25내지 75중량%와 천연고무 및 (또는) 시스 | 1,4-폴리이소프렌 75내지 25중량%로 조성되는 원료고무(Ⅰ)와 카아본블랙(Ⅱ)와로 조성되는 타이어트레드용고무 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 원료고무(Ⅰ) 40내지 60중량부와 카아본 블랙(Ⅱ) 40내지 70중량부와를 기계적으로 혼연혼합(Ⅰ)한 다음 얻어지는 혼합물에 카아본 블랙(Ⅱ)의 배합량이 원료고무(Ⅰ)의 100중량부에 대하여 40내지 70중량부로 되는데 필요한 양의 원료고무(Ⅰ)를 첨가하여 기계적으로 혼연혼합함(2)을 특징으로 하는 개선된 운동 저항 및 웨트스키드 저항을 갖는 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 천연고무 및 (또는) 시스-1,4-폴리이소프렌의 65중량%이하의 양을 공액디엔계 고무로 치환함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 타이어 트레드용 고무 용조성물의 제조방법.
- 공액 디엔계 고무가 시스-1,4-폴리부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 타이어트레드용 고무조성물의 제조방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
