Claims (1)

  1. 와 유리아미노기와 보호 카복시 그룹을 갖는 각각의 펩타이드를 펩타이드 화학에서 사용하는 용매중에서, 3-하이드록시-4-옥소-3, 4-디하이드로-1, 2, 3-벤조트리아진(HOObt)과 카보디이 미드를 가하여 반응시키고, 이어서 디니트로 페닐그룹을 떼어내는 것을 특징으로 하여 LH-RH와 LH-RH 동족체를 제조하는 방법.
