Claims (2)

  1. 타이타니움에 탄타리움 및 니오비움 또는 질코니움을 합계 0.05 내지 10중량% 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극 기체합금.
  2. 타이타니움에 탄티리움 및 니오비움 또는 질코니움을 합계 0.05 내지 10중량% 함유시키고, 다시 백금, 일리지움, 로지움, 르티니움, 파라지움 및 오스미움으로 부터 선택된 한종 이상의 백금족 금속을 0.001 내지 1.5중량% 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극 기체합금.
