Abstract

A picture viewing device has a housing for accomodating a pile of pictures of which the uppermost picture lies beneath a housing window (104), a slider member (126) which may be pulled out of the housing and reinserted parallel to the viewing window and a picture change mechanism comprising retentive elements on a plate (130) biassed by springs (132) for frictionary removing a picture from one end of the pile as the slider member (126) is withdrawn causing a separator (128) on the slider(126) to relatively move the rest of the pile. The removed picture being returned to the other end of the pile when the slider member(126) is pushed in.
