본 고안은 주부들이 주로 세탁하거나 식기 등을 세척할 때에 사용하는 고무장갑의 앞팔(Forearm) 부분에 향료 도착층을 형성하여서 사용시에 항상 은은한 향기를 맡을 수 있도록 하는 고무장갑에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a rubber glove to form a fragrance arrival layer on the forearm portion of the rubber gloves used mainly for housewives to wash or wash dishes.

그리고 장갑 표면에 향료액(메틸알콜 100대 향료 5의 비율로 혼합시킨 용액)을 스프레이로 도포하여 건조시킨 것이 있었으나 이는 향료의 손실이 많았고, 장갑 표면에 향료의 결정이 엷은 피막을 형성하게 되어서 외관상 미려하지 못하였음은 물론 사용시에 물에 의하여 박리되어 향료가 쉽게 소멸되는 결점이 있었으며, 1차 라텍스 배합물에 장갑 모울드를 침적성형한후 메틸알콜, 염화칼슘, 향료, 유화제, 개미산 등을 일정량 혼합한 응고제에 침적 건조한 다음 2차 라텍스 배합물에 침적 성형시킨 것도 있으나 이는 두차례에 거쳐 성형되는 고무필름 사이에 향료가 응고제와 같이 첨가되어 있기 때문에 응고제가 균일하게 응고되지 못하여 덩어리가 지게 되므로 고무 필름면이 평활하지 못하는 단점과 향료의 소모가 많았다.Some of the glove surface was sprayed with a fragrance liquid (a solution mixed at 100 ratios of methyl alcohol to 5 fragrances) by spraying, but there was a lot of fragrance loss, and the crystals of the fragrance formed a thin film on the glove surface. 이와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 본원은 두 차례에 거쳐서 라텍스 배합물에 고무장갑 모울드를 침적 건조시키되, 2차 침적시에는 일차시에 비하여 고무장갑 앞팔의 상단부에 향료액을 도착할 수 있는 여백부를 남겨서 침적건조시키게 하므로서, 이 여백부에 메틸 알콜과 향료 및 색소를 적당히 혼합한 향료액을 도착할 수 있으며, 이렇게 도착된 향료액을 건조시킨 다음에 여백부만을 권취하게 되면 환륜상(環輪狀)으로 형성시킬 수 있고, 이 환륜상을 가류하게 되면 소량의 향료액으로 장구하게 향기를 발산시킬 수 있는 고무장갑을 얻을 수 있는 바 첨부 도면에 의하여 구조를 상술하면 상술하면 다음과 같다.In order to solve this drawback, the present application immersed and dried the rubber gloves mold in the latex formulation in two rounds, leaving a margin to reach the upper end of the rubber gloves front arm during the second deposition.
