Description

비누 깔창
제1도는 이 고안의 사시도.
제2도는 사용상태 단면도이다.
이 고안은 박막상의 비누재질로 된 비누깔창에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 장시간 보행을 하거나 등산을 할 경우에는 발바닥이 부르트고 땀으로 인하여 악취가 발생하며 이에 대응하기 위하여 여러종류의 깔창이 개발되었으나 착용감이 부드럽지 못할 뿐만 아니라 일정시간이 지나면 깔창 자체에서 악취가 나는등 실용성이 없는 결점이 있었다.
이 고안은 종래의 이와 같은 체결점을 시정하기 위하여 박막상의 비누재질로 된 깔창을 사용토록 함으로써 사용자의 보행시간에 비례하여 적당히 용해되도록 하고 그로 인하여 악취제거와 멸균 작용은 물론 발바닥과 구두 사이에서 적당한 윤활유 역할을 하게 되어 등산 또는 장기 보행시에도 마찰현상으로 인한 발바닥이 부르트는 일이 없도록 된 비누깔창을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
이 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이 고안은 박막상의 비누재질로 된 동체(1)의 전면부와 후면부에 각각 요홈부(2)(3)를 형성한 구조로 되어 있다.

이 고안에 사용된 박막상비누의 제조방법에 대한 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이 고안은 박막상의 비누재질로 된 동체(1)의 전면부와 후면부에 각각 요홈부(2)(3)를 형성한 구조로 되어있다.

이 고안에 사용된 박막상 비누의 제조방법에 대한 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
정수에 수용성 섬유질류 또는 합성수지류를 20℃-40℃에서 균질하게 용해시키고 이 용액에 지방산 금속염 또는 기타 세정제를 첨가한 슬러리 혼합물을 공기 주입하에 약 120r. p. m의 교반속도로 5-6시간 교반시켜 초기조성물을 얻고 이 조성물을 박막상의 성형물로 사출시킨 후 건조하고 미용오일유로 표면처리하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 제조방법에 따라 제조된 박막비누는 일반적으로 사용되는 비누와는 달리 인장력이 강하여 사용시 쉽사리 균열되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 인체(발)에서 배출되는 노폐물에 의해 서서히 용해될 경우에 악취대신 향기로운 냄새가 나며 또한 동체(1)상에 발이 알맞게 밀착될 수 있는 요홈부(2)(3)가 형성되어 있기 때문에 장시간 사용에도 이탈이 없으며 예를들어 박막비누의 두께를 약 0.5-1mm할 경우에는 요홈부(2)(3)이외의 부분은 자연스럽게 상측으로 꺾여서 발의 주위를 둘러싸게되고 체온 및 땀으로 인하여 서서히 용해되는 깔창은 그 자체의 비누성분으로 인하여 마찰력을 줄이고 윤활유 역할을 하게 되어 발이 부르트는 일이 없으며 무좀 기타 피부질환을 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 도면 및 설명에서 표시한 바와 같이 정수에 수용성 섬유질류 또는 합성수지류를 20-40℃에서 균질하게 용해시키고 여기에 지방산 금속염 또는 기타 세정제를 첨가한 슬러리 혼합물을 조성하여 박막상으로 사출한후 미용오일류로 표면처리한 박막상의 비누재로 된 동체(1)의 전면부와 후면부에 각각 요홈부(2)(3)를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 비누깔창.
