본 고안은 각종 유류연소기의 유류주입구를 밀봉하는 마개에 역화깨스 제거용 노브를 장착시켜 되는 주유마개에 관한 것이다. 종래에도 유류연소기의 유류저장탱크에 착설된 주유구마개의 일측표면에 단순히 통기공을 뚫어 주어 역화깨스가 배출되게 한 것이 있었으나 이와 같은 것은 연소기 취급시 유류가 누출될 위험성이 야기되어 이를 방지하고져 그 직경을 극히 작게 뚫어 주었으므로 역화깨스를 효과적으로 배출할 수가 없어 그 역활을 하지 못했기 때문에 근자에 와서는 이를 시정하고져 별도의 역화깨스 유출장치를 심지 조절봉에 부설 사용하도록 된 것이 여러 가지 제안 사용되어 오고 있었으나, 그 제작이 까다로웠으며 구조가 복잡하여 고장이 잦았을 뿐만 아니라 제작비가 고가였던 것이다.The present invention relates to an oil stopper which is equipped with a backfire removal knob on a stopper sealing an oil inlet of various oil combustors. 본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 시정하고져 제안된 것으로서 통상의 주유구마개 표면부에 직경을 크게 뚫은 통기공의 개폐조작노브를 부착 사용하므로서 평상시에는 탄발스프링의 탄발력에 의해 노브가 밀폐되어져 연소기의 운반취급중 마개에 뚫린 통기공으로 누유됨을 방지케하고 필요에 따라서만 조작하여 깨스를 배출케 함에 그 목적이 잇는 것으로서 첨부된 예시도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 즉 각종 연소기구의 연료통(1) 일측에 형성된 주유구(2)를 밀봉케하는 마개(3)에 있어서, 표면부에 깨스유출홈(4)과 유통안내홈(5)이 서로 마주보게 형성한 노브(6)의 중심에 축봉(7)을 직립시켜 마개(3)에 뚫은 깨스유출공(3a) 사이의 중심공(3b)에 간통시켜 탄발스프링(8)을 권설한 후 너트(9)를 채워서 되는 역화깨스 배출구를 가진 주유마개인 것이다.The present invention has been proposed to correct the problems as described above, by using the opening and closing operation knob of the vent hole with a large diameter on the surface of the normal oil stopper plug, the knob is normally closed by the elastic force of the ball spring, The purpose of the present invention is to prevent leakage by vent holes drilled on the stopper during handling and to discharge sesame seeds by only operating as necessary.
