본 고안은 스파이랄 B형 양말 편직기에 있어서, 침통내부로 톱내형 칼날을 착설하여 캠 샤후트로부터 동력을 전달받아 톱니형 칼날을 회전시켜 무늬사를 절단토록한 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에도 각종 무늬사를 절단하는 장치로는 전원을 이용한 것으로서 "실용신안공보 79-5821호, 명칭 : 종돌조 무늬와 바닥면을 이중으로 편직하는 양말 편직기의 단사장치"가 있으나, 이것은 침통내부로 전열선과 흡입관을 착설하고, 쇄차의 체인과 드럼캠에는 마이크로 스위치를 각각 착설하여 양말이 편직되는 과정에서 돌출무늬사와 바닥 이면사를 절단하여야 할 시기에 자동으로 마이크로 스위치가 작동하여 전원을 공급하므로서 침통내에서 회전되는 편직사가 절단되어야 하는 시기에만 전열선에 전원을 공급하기 위하여는 복잡한 구조로 마이크로스위치를 설치하기 때문에 제작과정이 복잡하였으며, 전열선이 침통 내부로 착설되어 있기 때문에 열이 많이 발생하여 기계가 자주 고장이 났으며, 특히 어린이용 양말을 편직하는 기계의 침통은 소형이기 때문에 전열선을 이용한 단사장치는 사용할 수가 없었으며, 완제품의 양말을 편직하여 가위로서 일일이 절단하는 방법을 사용하기 때문에 대량생산에 많은 어려움이 있었으며, 인력의 낭비도 심하였다.The present invention relates to a device for spiral S-type sock knitting machine to install a saw-type blade into the inside of the acupuncture to receive power from the camshaft to rotate the saw blade to cut the pattern yarn.
