(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention consists of a pair of hollow cylindrical supports whose tips are cut at an angle, a hollow cylindrical ring body with a diameter larger than that of the supports, and a shaft. A rotating part comprising a cylindrical rotating body having a yarn feeding hole in its core, and a plurality of pairs of cut grooves having different cutting depths extending from the outer peripheral edge of the rotating body toward the yarn feeding hole along the axis of the rotating body. A hook is provided at the tip of the rod-shaped needle body, and a support piece that contacts the hook is provided slightly closer to the proximal end than the tip of the needle body so as to be rotatable along the axis of the needle body, and the proximal end of the needle body is provided with a hook. a knitting needle provided with a fitting protrusion corresponding to the inclined annular groove formed by the pair of supports, a yarn feed bar having a yarn guide piece, a core yarn guide piece, a yarn winding mechanism, a base frame; A ring body is installed in the center of the base frame, and a pair of supports are adjustable and fixed at appropriate positions within the ring body with the tips of each support body close to each other so as to form an inclined annular groove. The upper part of the rotating part is exposed above the ring body in the support body, and the rotating part is fitted into the support body, and the hook of the knitting needle is directed outward in the cut groove of the rotating part, and the fitting protrusion of the knitting needle is supported by a pair. A knitting needle is inserted into the inclined annular groove formed by the body, and a yarn feed bar is provided on the base frame slightly above the installation position of the ring body so that it can move forward and backward in the horizontal direction, and the core yarn guide piece is inserted into the ring. A thread winding mechanism is provided above and near the installation position of the body, and a thread winding mechanism is provided below the base frame, and the rotating part is given horizontal rotation, and the thread winding mechanism is rotated in the same direction as the rotating part in the horizontal direction. It is made by giving.

When using the Lilyan knitting machine according to the present invention, first, the yarn that will become the core yarn supplied from the tension mechanism (not shown) above the base frame is transferred to the core yarn guide piece, and the yarn that will become the filament is placed on the yarn feeding bar. The threads are passed through the thread guide pieces, passed through the knitting needles, passed through the thread feed hole of the rotating part, and installed into the thread winding mechanism below the base frame. At this time, the yarn that will become the filament is supplied to the knitting needles from the yarn guide piece of the yarn feed bar to form the filament. The length of this filament corresponds to the depth of the cut groove of the rotating part, and the deeper the cut groove, the shorter the length of the filament.

In addition, when not performing filament processing, the thread feeding bar is moved to prevent the thread that is to become a filament passed through the thread guide piece of the thread feeding bar from being supplied to the knitting needle, so that the thread that is to become a filament is The yarn to become the filament is knitted inside the core yarn by being directly supplied to the yarn feeding hole of the rotating part.

Further, while rotating the rotating section, the thread winding mechanism is also rotated at a slightly slower speed in the same direction as the rotating section. At this time, the knitting needles move up and down along the axis of the rotating part in response to the inclination in the inclined annular groove formed by the pair of supports, and appropriately knit the yarn supplied from above to form the base frame. It is transported to the thread winding mechanism below. In addition, when the knitting needles descend, the support piece rotates and comes into contact with the hook of the knitting needle, preventing the thread from being pulled out, and when the knitting needle moves up, the support piece is separated from the hook by the thread, and the support piece It rotates downward due to its weight, making it easier to pull out the thread.

By the time the knitting needle rotates to the highest position again, it moves to the lower part of the rotation fulcrum of the hook, and when the knitting needle moves to the lowest position, it is detached and fed into the yarn feeding hole of the rotating part.

In addition, by providing a blade on the outer surface of the knitting needle to which the filament is supplied, passing one of the cut grooves of the rotating part into the thread feeding hole, and installing the knitting needle provided with the blade in this cut groove, You can cut the end of the loop of filament thread. At this time, by passing the cut groove into which the knitting needle equipped with the blade is attached to the thread feeding hole, the filament can be cut with the filament fully knitted into the core yarn, thereby preventing the filament from slipping out of the lily yarn. It can be prevented.

In addition, by increasing the number of thread feeding bars, supplying threads of different colors to the thread guide piece of each thread feeding bar, and moving each thread feeding bar forward and backward separately, a wide variety of filaments can be applied to Lilian. can do.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a main part showing a state in which the core yarn is knitted on the upper end surface of the rotating body 6. FIG. In the same figure, threads that will become the core thread are sequentially supplied to the knitting needles 13 (attached to the two pairs of cut grooves 7) via the core thread guide piece 17, and rotate as described in the action column. By the operation of the knitting needles 13, which move up and down while rotating with the body 6, the yarn serving as the core yarn passes through the loops of the core yarn that have already been formed, and loops are formed one after another. The Lilian R knitted in this way is wound up by the thread winding mechanism 17;
Since the yarn that will become the filament is retracted by the thread guide piece 14 to a position where it will not hang over the knitting needles 13, in the state shown in this figure, the yarn that will become the filament (shown with hatching) forms a loop. Instead, it is simply inserted into the core yarn of the knitted Lilian R. Moreover, FIG. 8 is a partially developed view showing the state of the stitches of the core yarn of Lilian R knitted as described above.
In the figure, the left and right ends S1, S1 and S2, S2 of the core thread are actually continuous.

Note that it is also possible to form a loop by hanging the yarn that will become the filament around two pairs of knitting needles 13. (Effects of the invention) According to the Lilyan knitting machine of the invention, the rotating part through which the knitting needles move up and down is rotated in the horizontal direction, and the yarn is not directly supplied from the tension mechanism as in the past, but from the yarn feed bar. By rotating the yarn winding mechanism horizontally in the same direction as the rotating section, the knitted lilyan strands can be wound up as they are, and the knitting needles can be raised and lowered. Since the rotating part is rotated, productivity is improved without being limited by the number of rotations, and a lilyyan having loop-shaped filaments at required locations can be obtained.
