Description

형광등용 닥트의 온·냉풍 조절장치
제1도는 본 고안의일부 절취 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안이 사용된 종단면도.
제3도는 본 고안의 요부 확대도.
본 고안은 형광등과 일체로 되어 있는 닥트의 온·냉풍 조절장치에 관한 것이다.
본인의 실용신안등록 제16029호의 닥트에 장착된 온·냉풍 조절장치에서 효율적으로 온·냉풍의 양조절과 방향의 조절이 가능하도록 고안된 것이다.
판 스프링에 탄지된 온·냉풍 조절판의 하측에 장착된 키에 의하여 조정케 하므로 키의 장착이 번거로웁고 사용에 있어서 별도의 도구에 의하여서만 작동되는 불편이 있는 바, 본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 온·냉풍의 입구를 유리섬유로 감착한 볼트가 나합에 의하여 1차 조절되게 하였고, 2차로 그리하여 광등의 양연 온·냉풍 출구에는 탄성편으로 된 유설편의 탄착에 의하여 조절편이 조절되게 한 것으로서 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
온·냉풍 입구(1)는 유리섬유의 덮개(2)가 감착된 볼트(3)가 형광등체에 나합되어 개폐되게 하였고, 온·냉풍 출구(4)에는 양측의 지지편(8)을 일체로 한형의 감합지지편(7)이 회동구(6)를 감합지지하면서 유설편(5)이 회동되어 개폐 및 조절되게 한 구조이다.
미설명부호 9는 유설공이다.
이와 같이 들은 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
온·냉풍의 양조절 또는 개폐를 필요로 하는 경우에는 형광등체의 중앙을 나삽한 볼트(3)의 하단에서 도라이버 등의 도구로 볼트(3)를 돌려서 덮개(2)가 온·냉풍의 입구를 임의로 막아서 양조절 또는 개폐를 일차로 하게 하고, 그 다음 온·냉풍의 출구(4)에서는 유설편(5)이 회동구(6)를 축으로 회동되면서 양조절내지는 개폐하게 되어 있는데, 감합지지편(7)이 탄성체로서 회동구(6)를 탄압하여 주어서 회동구(6)와 일체로 된 유설편(5)을 강제 회동시키면서 회동시켜진 상태에서 정지된다.
이때에 감합지지편(7)은 유설편(5)에 천공된 유설공(9)으로 하여 고정된 체 회동구(6)만을 탄압하여 주게 되므로 유설편(5)은 외부에서 임의로 가하여진 힘에 의하여 회동된 상태에서 고정되어 온·냉풍의 양조절 및 개폐된 것으로서 사용자의 기상감각에 알맞게 온·냉풍을 조절하여 건강유지에 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 온·냉풍 입구(1)에서는 형광등체를 나삽한 볼트(3)에 덮개(2)가 감착되어 개폐케 하였고 출구(4)에는 유설편(5)과 일체로 된 회동구(4)를 지지편(7)이 탄압 지지케함을 특징으로 한 형광등용 닥트의 온·냉풍 조절장치.
