본 고안은 쇳물등이 용입된 래들(ladle)을 경동용 보조 훅크를 사용하여 경동시켜 쇳물등을 방출함에 있어, 래들의 하부에 부착된 지지구상에 괘지링크를 유설한 다음, 링크의 전방에 전광후협상으로 안내간을 병설하여 래들 하부에 유설된 괘지링크상에 래들 경동용 보조훅크가 정확하게 안내되어 괘지할 수 있도록 한 래들의 경동용 보조훅크안내장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 종래 제철소등과 같은 곳에서 래들에 용입된 용강등과 같은 쇳물을 방출시킴에 있어서는 단순히 래들측면에 돌설된 걸고리부상에 주훅크를 괘설한 다음, 래들 하부의 걸고리부에 경동용보조훅크를 괘설하여 래들을 경동시켜 왔으나, 이는 경동용보조훅크의 요동등에 의하여 작동이 불안정한 상태가 되어 단순히 크레인 작용만으로는 신속, 정확하게 경동용보조훅크를 래들의 하부의 걸고리부에 완벽하게 괘지시킬 수 없는 결함이 나타나게 되어 인위적인 방법에 의하여 경동용보조훅크를 괘지하여야 하는 문제점이 있었기 때문에 불필요하게 많은 인력이 요구되는 결함이 있었을 뿐만 아니라, 래들이나 이에 용입된 쇠물등은 상당한 고온상태이므로서 작업원의 안전 문제가 대두되는 등의 여러 가지 결함이 있었다.The present invention is used to tilt the ladle in which the molten metal is infiltrated by using the auxiliary auxiliary hook for tilting to release the molten metal, and then the rubbing link is spread on the support attached to the lower part of the ladle, and then the front of the link is illuminated.
