본 고안은 UHF 튜너의 구동장치에 있어서, 로우터축에 장착되는 종동치차를 탄성의 합성수지제로 형성하되 치폭을 치차의 림의 두께보다 양쪽으로 연장시킨 상태의 헬리컬 치차로 구성함으로서 주축의 평치차와 치합되어 회전할때 양치차간에 백래쉬 (backlash : 서로 치합된 구동치차와 종동치차의 치 사이에 생기는 미세한 틈)가 발생되지 않도록 하여 튜너의 튜닝(Tunning) 작업이 항상 정확하게 이루어지도록 고안한 것이다.The present invention is a drive device of the UHF tuner, in which the driven gear mounted on the rotor shaft is made of elastic synthetic resin, but is composed of a helical gear with teeth extending both sides than the thickness of the gear rim. 종래 튜너의 구동장치를 보면 주축의 평치차와 로우터축의 평치차간에 발생하는 백래쉬를 방지하고 정확한 튜닝조작을 하기 위하여 로우터축의 종동치차를 두개의 평치차를 중첩한 복치차로 구성하여 이들을 첨부 도면 제6도에 도시한 바와 같이 강력한 스프링으로 탄력을 갖게 하면서 각 치차의 치가 서로 비스듬히 위치하도록 하므로서 주축의 평치차와의 백래쉬를 최소한으로 줄여 왔으나, 이는 부품의 추가 및 조립작업의 어려움 등으로 제작상 불편한 점이 많았고, 로우축을 정밀하게 작동시켜 정확한 튜닝조작을 얻기에는 매우 미흡한 상태였다.In the conventional tuner driving device, the driven gear of the rotor shaft is composed of a geared gear which overlaps two flat gears in order to prevent backlash between the flat shaft of the main shaft and the flat shaft of the rotor shaft and to perform accurate tuning.
