조립식 빗자루

본 고안은 우리 가정에서 야외 청소용으로 주로 사용하고 있는 합성수지 빗살로된 빗자루를 구성함에 있어서 빗살이 마모되면 빗살만을 손쉽게 교체하여 사용할 수 있게한 조립식 빗자루에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 빗살만을 교체할 수 있게된 것이 있었으나, 이는 자루 하단에 별도로 삽착된 나선부에 보울트를 조여감에 따라서 압착 뚜껑이나 몸체가 빗살을 눌러주어 빗살을 고정되게 하였는바, 빗살을 고정하는 구조도 복잡하고 빗살을 교체할때에도 해체공정이 번거러우며 오래 사용하면 빗살과 몸체의 고정상태가 유동되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 극히 단순한 구조로서 빗살을 몸체에 견고하게 고정할 수 있으면서도 분해, 조립 공정 역시 간편한 것인바, 이를 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
자루(1)의 하단으로 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)이 조립되어 빗살(4)을 삽지되게한 통상의 것에 있어서 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)의 내측으로 요입홈(5)과 양주벽으로 돌턱(6′)이 형성된 돌조(6)들을 종설한 곳에 요입홈(7)들의 양주벽에 삽지홈(7′)이 종설된 빗살(4) 고정판(8)을 조립되게 한 것으로서 도면중 미설명부호(9)는 조립 보울트이다.
이와같이 형성된 본 고안은 제2도에서 예시한 바와같이 조립하여 사용하는 것인데 빗살(4)이 식모된 고정판(8)은 요입홈(7)이 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)의 돌조(6)들에 삽지되면서 각 돌조(6)의 양주벽에 돌설된 돌턱(6′)이 요입홈(7)의 삽지홈(7′)에 개별적으로 괘지되기 때문에 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)과 빗살(4)의 고정판(8)은 조립시 돌조(6)와 요입홈(7) 및 돌턱(6′)과 삽지홈(7′)의 이중 결합으로 고정되기 때문에 장기간 사용하여도 빗살(4)이 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)으로부터 유동될 우려가 없으며, 빗살(4)의 교체시에는 보울트(9)만을 간편히 풀어내면 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)이 분리되기 때문에 고정판(8)만을 간편히 교체하여 새로운 빗살(4)로서 새빗자루와 같이 경제적으로 사용할 수 있다.

  1. 도면에서 표시한 바와같이 좌우 덮개판(2)(3)의 내측으로 요입홈(5)과 양주벽에 돌턱(6′)이 형성된 돌조(6)들을 종설한 곳에 요입홈(7)과 삽지홈(7′)이 종설된 빗살 고정판(8)을 결합하여된 조립식 빗자루.
