본 고안은 풀톤이나 통상의 선체에 권설된 회전망으로 흡착제를 바다 수면에 침지 이동시키면서 해상에 부유된 폐유를 흡착 회수할 수 있게 한 해상 폐유 흡착 회수장치에 관한 것으로 종래 해상의 폐유를 회수함에 있어 단순한 회전 여과망으로는 폐유를 여과시키어 제거할 수 없기 때문에 대부분 오일팬스를 폐유가 부유된 주위의 해상에 띄워 경계를 이루고 오일팬스 내의 폐유를 펌핑하여 회수하였으나, 동력소모에 비하여 폐유의 회수율이 높지 못하고 평면 흡착 벨트를 수면에 침지 권회시키면서 폐유를 흡착하게 된 것이 있으나, 흡착 벨트에 의한 폐유의 흡수량이 크지 못하고 흡착 벨트에 흡착된 폐유의 후처리가 복잡하고 어려워서 능률적으로 폐유를 회수하기 어려운 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to an offshore waste oil adsorption recovery apparatus that allows the adsorption and recovery of waste oil suspended in the sea while immersing and moving the adsorbent on the sea surface by a rotating network installed in Fulton or a common hull.
