Vehicle L.P.G Fuel Tank

1 is an overall perspective view of the present invention.

2 is an enlarged side view of the present invention.

Figure 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part of the present invention.

4 is a state in which a conventional fuel tank is installed.

5 is a state diagram used in the present invention.

The present invention forms a protective tube on one side of a fuel tank for vehicles that use LPG as fuel, and installs a sight tube, a pressure gauge, a fuel injection tube, and a fuel discharge pipe in the protective tube, respectively, so that the fuel that becomes an obstacle on the surface of the vehicle's LPI fuel tank. The present invention relates to a vehicle LPI fuel tank for forming a diaphragm on a side surface to protect the injection pipe and the fuel discharge pipe so as to be convenient for transporting or loading, and to prevent the damage of the fuel tank caused by the collision from the rear of the passenger car.

Conventional vehicle fuel canisters are impaired and occupy a lot of volume because they have a fuel injection pipe and fuel discharge pipe formed at the periphery of the fuel cell and protruding the projection jaw protecting them, as shown in FIG. In case of using the conventional container shown in Fig. 4 as well as the defect that must be discarded before use, as well as the risk of being damaged by external impact during transportation, the fuel discharge pipe is destroyed by heating the risk if the accident occurs from the rear side. If the fault to increase the layer is described in detail by the accompanying drawings as removed from the present invention as follows.

The present invention forms a see-through mirror 5 representing a display line 4 on one curved portion 3 of the fuel container 1 in which a protective tube 2 such as the outer diameter of the fuel container 1 is bonded to one side of the fuel container 1. The pressure gauge 6 is installed at one lower side, and the fuel injection pipe 7 and the fuel discharge pipe 8 are respectively formed at both sides of the pressure gauge 6 to connect the siphon pipes 9 and 9 '.

In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a support piece fixed to the bottom surface of the fuel container 1, 11 is fuel, and 12 is air.

The effect of this structure is to fill the fuel 11 through the fuel injection pipe 7 to the display line 4 through the sight glass 5 so that the metered amount is injected into the body of 85% of the total volume. It is installed so that the quantification is visually confirmed without a separate gauge and can be safely supplied in the protective pipe (2) through the fuel discharge pipe (8) through the siphon pipe (9 ').

Therefore, since the protection pipe 2 is securely installed inside the curved surface 3 of one side of the fuel container 1, the fuel discharge pipe is prevented by the impact propagated to the fuel container upon contact from the rear side of the vehicle as shown in FIG. The damage is to prevent the greater risk as much as possible.

As such, the present invention prevents the impact on the fuel discharge pipe even when the impact from the rear surface is prevented, and does not prevent the protruding jaw or the fuel injection pipe that protrudes during loading or transportation as in the prior art, and prevents the damage caused by this, thereby preventing economic risks. will be.
