본 고안은 합성수지 용액을 사출하는 금형에 나사 전조장치를 부착시켜 단일공정에 고정샤후트(코렛트 : Collet)의 후단에 나사를 전조하되 샤후트의 축과 나사축이 일치되도록 정밀한 나사를 전조할 수 있도록 고안된 나사 전조장치에 관한 것으로 종래에도 고정 샤후트의 후단에 전조되는 나사를 성형하기 위하여 여러 종류의 기계장치를 이용하고 있으나 현재까지 신통한 효과를 얻지 못하고 있는 관계로 재래식 방법인 고정 샤후트 몸체를 먼저 성형시킨 다음 중심축공을 지지하는 로구로 작업으로 나사를 전조하고 있기 때문에 나사 작업을 손으로 직접하여야 하므로 작업공정이 복잡하여 량산할 수 없음은 물론 로구로 작업시 그 회전축이 일정치 못하여 나사전조 부분과 중심축공의 중심이 새로 일치되지 못하는 관계로 고정 샤후트(코렛트 : Collet)를 환풍기의 모우터에 삽입하여 회전 날개를 고정시켜 회전시키게 되면 모우터의 축과 날개축이 일치되지 못하여 발생되는 요동으로 모우터의 수명을 단축시킴은 물론 날개가 망거져 신체적인 손상을 입게되는 폐단이 있어 이를 보완하여 사출금형에 나선홈을 삭설하여 두 쪽으로 제작된 금형(와리가다)를 이용한 것이 있으나 이는 금형이 두 쪽으로 되어 있어 사출시에는 금형 두 쪽을 서로 맞닿게 하여 사출한 다음 이를 분해하여 인출되도록 하여 고정 샤후트의 나사를 제작하는 것이 있으나 이는 그 금형이 두 쪽으로 되어 있어 사출시 세밀한 주의를 기울여 사출하여도 금형과 금형과의 연결 부분이 있어 사출되는 물체에 접합선이 표면으로 나타나게 되는 단점과 금형제작시에 정밀하게 금형을 제작하여도 장기간 사용으로 인하여 금형이 마모되는 것을 방지할 수 없어 사출 물체가 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 없으므로 고정 샤후트의 축공과 나사부분의 중심이 변형되는 것을 감지할 수 없는 결점이 있었으므로 본 고안은 종래의 이와 같은 결점을 시정하기 위하여 제1금형과 제2금형 사이에 베어링으로 유착되는 회동금형을 삽지시켜 기어에서 전달되는 동력으로 회동금형의 치차를 회전시켜 고정 샤후트의 중앙 받침턱을 외삽하고 있는 회동금형이 고정 샤후트를 회전시켜 금형에서 샤후트가 나해되어 금형전방으로 인출되도록 고안된 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention attaches the screw rolling device to the mold for injecting the synthetic resin solution to roll the screw on the rear end of the fixed shaft (collet) in a single process, but the precision screw is rolled so that the shaft and the screw shaft of the shaft match.
