본 고안은 건축물의 창이나 벽면 또는 진열장 등의 장식용으로 사용되는 색판유리를 형성함에 있어서, 통상의 판유리 표면에 여러가지 색체의 합성수지용액을 적층경화시킴으로서 각종 무늬가 형성되게 하고 유지자체의 강도를 증가시키도록 한 합판형 무늬유리에 관한 것이다.The present invention is to form a colored glass used for decorating windows, walls, or showcases of buildings, by laminating and hardening a synthetic resin solution of various colors on the surface of the ordinary glass plate to form a variety of patterns and increase the strength of the maintenance itself It relates to a laminated glass pattern.

판유리(1)의 일측면에 감광성수지(photosensensitiveresin)로 된 윤곽테(2)를 접착하여 임의 형의 무늬를 형성하고 각 윤곽테(2)로 위포된 내측부에 각종 색채로 착색된 합성수지용액을 충전하여 착색판(3)을 경화접착시켜서 된 것이며, 본 고안의 무늬유리를 제조함에 있어서는 제 3 도에 표시하는 바와같이 윤곽테(2)와 같은 폭으로 그려진 투광부(4)가 형성된 무늬원판(5)위에 판유리(1)를 재치한후, 판유리(1)위에 강광성 수지용액을 균일한 두께로 도포한 후 자외선램프(6)등에 의하여 투광부(4)로부터 빛을 조사(照射)하면 판유리(1)위에 도포된 감광성수지는 빛이 조사된 부분만이 부릿지 결합(Bridged bond)이 일어나므로 미감광(未感光)부분만을 용해 제거시키면 제 3b 도에 도시한 바와 같이 감광부분인 윤곽테(2)만이 판유리(2)상에 접착상태로 남게되는 것이며, 윤곽테(2)와 형성된 무늬의 각 윤곽선 내측에 제 3c 도에 도시한 바와같이 각종색채로 착색된 합성수지액을 윤곽테(2)와 같은 높이로 주입시킨후 경화시키면 되는 것이다.One side of the plate glass 1 is bonded to a photo frame of photosensitive sensitive resin to form an arbitrary pattern, and filled with synthetic resin solution colored in various colors on the inner part surrounded by each frame 2.
