Also, if you dare to make these conventional plastic eyeglass frames colorful, you will have to apply several different colored paints to the surface of the frame, which is time consuming and time consuming. There is a risk that the paint may peel off during use, resulting in a poor appearance.

A resin paint made of the same ingredients as the resin paint but of a different color is filled on top of the resin paint to the desired thickness, cured, and this process is repeated one after another until the desired thickness is obtained, and the resin paint is removed from the container or mold. After that, it is cut into the desired shape of the eyeglass frame.

A dish-shaped container 1 is filled with a blue resin paint 2 made of epoxy resin as a main material, mixed with pigment and a curing agent, and cured. After the resin paint 2 is cured, a light blue resin paint 3 made of the same components as the resin paint 2 is filled on top of the resin paint 2 and cured. , a green resin paint 4 made of the same components as the resin paint 2;
After curing, a red resin paint 5 made of the same components as the resin paint 2 is filled and cured, and after curing, on top of the resin paint 5, A yellow resin paint 6 made of the same ingredients as the resin paint 2 is filled and cured, and then a pink resin paint 7 made of the same ingredients as the resin paint 2 is filled on top of the resin paint 6. After being cured and thus given the desired thickness, it is removed from the container 1 and cut into the desired shape of the eyeglass frame. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the container removed from the container, and a plate-shaped decorative material 8 in which various colors are laminated is completed.

In addition to the pigment, metal powder or synthetic resin powder may be kneaded into the resin paints 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. In addition, resin paints are not limited to all colors being different; two colors may be alternated; in this case, for example, the bottom color is light brown, the second color is dark brown, and the third color is The first color is light brown, the fourth color is dark brown, and repeating this sequentially creates a wood grain pattern.

Heat for 60 minutes to harden. Next, after the resin paint is cured, a light blue resin paint is filled on top of the resin paint to a thickness of 2.5 mm, and cured in the same manner as described above. Next, green resin paint was filled on top of the resin paint to a thickness of 5 mm and cured in the same manner as described above. Next, red resin paint is filled on top of the resin paint to a thickness of 2 mm, and cured in the same manner as described above. Next, a yellow resin paint is filled on top of the resin paint to a thickness of 5 mm, and cured in the same manner as described above. Next, fill the resin paint with pink resin paint to a thickness of 2 mm.
Cured in the same manner as above. This results in 21.5
A plate-shaped decorative material was obtained in which six different colors of blue, light blue, green, red, yellow, and pink were laminated with a thickness of mm. When this decorative material was removed from the dish-shaped container and cut into the shape of an eyeglass frame, a colorfully colored eyeglass frame was obtained.
