본 고안은 고로 본체 내부의 연와 및 철피를 보호해 주는 냉각용 풍구 및 냉각반(Water Jacket)이 용선(熔銑)의 충격과 열부하(熱負荷)증가에 의한 용손시 이를 식별하는 기구이다.The present invention is a mechanism that identifies the cooling duct and the water jacket to protect the duct and iron shell in the blast furnace body when the melt damage due to the impact of the molten iron and the increase of heat load.
종래의 식별방법은 풍구 및 냉각 반 배수구의 불꽃 및 기포발생 배수관의 진동, 풍구 선단의 이물부착, 단수 및 접합부의 누수경험에 의한 상태 판단과 배수의 착화및 수압의 저하속도로 식별하였으나 내피상태 이외에는 식별정확도가 낮아 오판과 용손의 조기발견이 어려워 냉각 용수의 로(爐)내 침수로 인한 로내온도 저하및 로황부조(爐況不調)등 문제점을 초래하였다.Conventional identification methods have been identified by vibrating the flame and bubble-generating drain pipes of the tuyere and cooling half drains, foreign matter adhesion at the tip of the tuyere, leaking stage and water leakage, and ignition of the drainage and deterioration of water pressure. 본 고안은 정확한 식별과 용손 조기발견에 효과가 큰 식별방법으로 그 원리는 풍구 및 냉각반 용손시 로내 압력에 의하여 로내 가스가 용손부를 통해서 배수구로 유출, 냉각수에 혼입됨을 착안하여 냉각수에서 가스를 검출하여 가스측정기로 측정, 측정치에 의거 용손의 정도를 식별하는 방법으로 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면, 다음과 같다.The present invention is an identification method that is effective for accurate identification and early detection of damage.
