Abstract

이를 위해 본 고안은 고로의 내부를 냉각하는 냉각관에 있어서, 상기 냉각관상에 설치되며 전면에는 압력계와, 온도계가 부착된 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 상부에 돌출되며 끝단에는 수위 감지 센서가 부착된 기체 포집통과, 상기 케이스의 일측면 상측에 설치된 전도도 센서와, 상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되며 다수의 통공이 형성된 와류 방지판으로 구성된 것으로, 냉각관의 파손시 상기 냉각관내 냉각수의 압력, 온도, 가스의 포함 정도를 검출하며 냉각관의 파손을 조기에 정확하게 검출하여 이로 인한 가스 누출을 방지하여 설비의 사용 수명을 연장시킬 수 있게 되는 것이다.To this end, the present invention is a cooling tube for cooling the inside of a blast furnace, which is installed on the cooling tube and has a pressure gauge on the front side, a case with a thermometer attached to it, and a gas protruding on the top of the case with a water level sensing sensor at the end.
