Description

먼지털이 진동장치를 내설한 떠블빽 집진장치
제 1 도는 본 고안을 장치한 예시도.
제 2 도는 본 고안 진동장치의 사시도.
본 고안은 떠블방식 집진기에 있어서 여과백(filter bag)의 내면에 접증 부착되는 먼지층을 진동봉으로 진동 하락케 하면서 효과적으로 집진할 수 있게 한 떠블빽 집진장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 공지된 떠블백 집진기는 싸이크론 상하에 다만 여과백만을 장착하여서 된 것이므로 함진가스를 계속적으로 불어 넣게 되면, 백내면에 먼지층이 점차 두텁게 부착되어 집진 효능이 저하될 뿐 아니라 이 먼지층을 제거하기 위하여서는 가끔 운전을 정지시킨 다음 청소를 하여야 하기 때문에 여러가지로 불편한 점이 많았다.
본 고안은 이같은 결접을 해결하기 위하여 공지의 집진기내 사이크론부에 여과백 진동용 진동봉을 내설하여 핸들 조작에 따라 여과백을 진동 조작케 하므로서 여과백 내면에 접증 부착된 먼지층을 손쉽게 제거시키면서 접진을 효과적으로 할 수 있게 한 것으로서 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 떠블백 집진기(1) 내의 사이크론부(2) 중앙에 횡축(4)을 축설하여 이에 ㄷ자상의 진동봉(5)(5')을 상하로 대향지게 착설하여서 된 것으로서, 도면 중 미설명부호 3은 조작핸들, 6은 흡입구, 7은 후렉시블 닥트(Flexible Duct) 8, 9는 상하의 여과백을 표시한다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 흡입구(6)로 함진가스가 흡입되면서 닥트(7)를 거쳐 사이크론(2)에 압송되면 가스는 선회하면서 먼저의 무거은 입자는 하부백(9)에 낙하하고 가벼운 먼지는 상부백(8)에서 여과되어 맑은 가스만이 외부로 방출됨은 기지한 사실이나 이 경우에 있어 여과백(8)(9)의 내면벽에는, 집진기(1)의 장시간 가동에 의한 먼지층이 점차 두텁게 부착되어 전체적인 집진효능이 저하된다.
따라서 이때, 핸들(3)을 상하로 약간씩 회전하면 사이크론(2)에 관통 유설된 축(4)의 진동봉(5)(5')이 상하의 여과백(8)(9) 내부에서 좌우로 동시 회전하게 되고 이에 백(8)(9) 내면에 가벼운 충격을 가하게 되면서 먼지층은 백(8)(9)의 벽면에서 이탈하여 하부백(9) 저면에 모이게 된다. 하부백(9)에 모인 먼지는 운전 정지시 하부백(9)만 탈리시켜 먼지를 제거하면 다시 여과 기능을 회복할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 고안은 떠블백 집진기 내의 여과백을 일일히 분리시키지 않을지라도 접증 부착된 먼지층을 손쉽게 제거할 수 있으므로 운전 정지가 없이 집진작업을 지속적으로 하면서 집진능률을 높일수 있고 또 고장이 거의 없이 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
