본 고안은 원수지로부터 배수지로 상수도용 물을 공급시키는 관내에서 물을 와류시켜 주므로서 투입되는 약품의 혼화가 원활히 이루어지게 구성한 유선형 약품투입기에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 일정장소에 별도의 시설 즉, 격판에 의하여 물의 흐름을 바꾸어 줄수 있게 수평식 또는 수직식의 약품 혼화장치를 하여 약품을 혼화하였기 때문에 부대시설이 커서 넓은 면적을 차지하면서도 약품 혼화가 원활치 못한 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a streamlined chemical injector configured to smoothly mix the chemicals introduced by vortexing water in a pipe supplying water for tap water from a raw water source to a drainage basin. 본 고안은 이와같은 결점을 적게하기 위하여 원수지와 배수지 사이에 배관된 관의 일정위치에 나선상의 스크류를 관삽 착설한 관을 연관시켜 용수가 흐르는 도중 와류현상이 이루어지게 하고 이 와류현상이 이루어지는 관의 선단에 원수지의 수위보다 높은 위치에서 약품이 투입되게 하므로서 약품 투입이 순조롭고 약품의 혼화가 신속하게 이루어지게 한 것이다.In order to reduce the drawbacks of the present invention, vortex phenomena are made during the flow of water by associating pipes with spiral screws installed at a certain position of the pipes piped between the raw material and the drain. 이상과 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 상수도용 원수지(A)와 배수지(A')에 연관되는 도관(1)(1')사이에 나선상 스크류(2)를 내삽 용착한 혼합관(3)을 연관하고 그 선단에 원수지(A)의 수위보다 높은 위치에 약품투입조(B)를 장설하여 약품투입관(4)을 연관하였기 때문에 도관(1)내에서 흐르는 용수가 혼합관(3)내에서 와류현상이 일어나게 되는데, 이때 선단에 연관된 약품투입관(4)으로부터 약이 자동으로 순조롭게 투입되면서 혼합관(3)내에서 와류되는 용수에 의하여 약품이 완전히 혼합되어 도관(1')내로 흐르게 되므로 신속하고 완전하게 약을 혼합할 수 있는 동시에 구조가 간단하고 부대시설이 적어 적은 면적내에서 약품을 혼합시킬 수 있는 동시에 고장율이 적어 오래 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.Referring to the effect of the present invention made as described above are as follows.
