본 고안은 본원 출원인의 선등록고안(제15,186호)을 개량고안한 것으로, 선등록고안은 스치로폴제의 단열판에 일정간격으로 수개의 원뿔형 구멍을 천공하여 그 구멍에 시멘트 몰탈이 채워져 굳어지게 하므로서 지지주를 형성하게 한 것이나, 이는 경제성 및 단열효과는 우수하나 단열판 자체가 단순히 스치로폴에 구멍만 천공한 것이기 때문에 취급이 어렵고 운반과정에서 파손이 빈번하며 시공시 배관되는 온수관 직하에 구멍이 위치할 경우에는 구멍에 시멘트 몰탈이 채워질 수 없어 단열판의 유동이 생기거나 찌그러짐으로 인하여 구둘에 균열이 생기는 등의 폐단이 있었다.The present invention is an improvement of the applicant's pre-registration proposal (No. 15,186).
